I have not dealt with a better realtor. Ingrid is on top of every aspect of the process and makes any question you have her #1 priority. I never felt like she was too busy, even though I knew I was not her biggest client. Ingrid worked really hard for me! The appraiser valued my home much less than selling price. Ingrid challenged the appraisers decision and in the end the appraisers decision was overturned. She had professional photos taken of my home as well. The photos came out beautifully. I highly recommend using Ingrid for your real estate needs.
