Ingrid was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the comps around my mother’s house that we inherited in Elk Grove that we were selling. She is also a very experienced real estate agent hands down. She took some stress off my hands by having deep cleaners clean the house at no cost to us after we emptied it. She also staged the house and did a very good job with it. She sold our home pretty quickly and closed in 2 weeks. During closing, she was also there to provide support and to answer any questions. When I sold my first home several years ago, my former real estate agent wasn’t even present during closing. All in all, Ingrid was the best, a great real estate agent, and someone I would hire again next time I buy or sell a home! You should hire her on your next home purchase and you won’t be disappointed!

Ingrid came to us with a strong recommendation from Megan Meyerdick, and it was for good reason. We shopped around with a few realtors- some local, some national, but nobody made us feel like it was the right fit until we met with her.

She asked what we were looking for in the way of timing and what we expected, gave us straight answers about the market, what was feasible, and we could tell she knows what she is doing and she loves doing it.
She gave us the plan: “stick to it and we’ll get you where you want to be’, and she delivered big time. We never had to worry about what was going on, she was always right there to answer our questions and keep us up to date. She pre-marketed the property, and by the time we had the open house we had real interest and offers. It went so much faster and easier than expected!

Ingrid is the best!!! My girlfriend and I were first time home buyers. Ingrid made the entire process smooth, easy, and fun. On the first day of our home buying journey, Ingrid took the time to sit down with us, go over all the aspects we were looking for in a home, and explain what the entire process of buying a house was going to look like. Throughout the searching phase, she was consistently sending us new homes to look at and was great about getting us into a showing as soon as something hit the market. When we found our dream home she was quick with writing the offer letter and then helped walk us through the entire escrow process. She was there to fix all the little speed bumps we had brought upon ourselves. If something didn’t seem correct or if we wanted more details about any aspect, Ingrid was there with all the correct answers. But the part that really sets Ingrid apart is she actually knows what she is talking about when it comes to the home itself. Foundation, structure, roof, HVAC, flooring, etc are all in her thoughts as she tours the home with you. As first time buyers it was easy for us to get excited or overwhelmed and forget about those critical aspects of what made the homes safe and cost effective for our budget. Ingrid shares her thoughts on the homes you look at in a polite and respectful manner (her thoughts were correct on 100% of what she said lol) but ultimately left the decisions up to us to make. Ingrid will help steer you in the right direction, without being pushy, like she did for us and make the whole process a breeze. Ingrid is the best at what she does and she really cares about her clients happiness. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor because with Ingrid you will find your dream home.
