It is a valuable tool in understanding the process and provides insight for interviewing a real estate agent if you determine that is how you want to sell your home.
I believe that the most important part of a home sale or purchase is to understand a client's goals and challenges to support the process to a successful outcome. I also believe that everything happens for a reason. That’s how I approach each opportunity.
My residential real estate experience includes listings, purchases, and the more complex scenarios of listing and buying for a single client concurrently. I have strong financial analysis and project/process management skills. That along with my focus on transparent and frequent communication is what my clients find valuable. By applying these strengths, I strive to simplify the complex process of purchasing or selling a home. By leveraging the professionals on my team, I can meet client’s expectations and ensure the broad availability of support.
While originally from NY, I have lived in NC for 20 years, currently in Durham with my family and 2 dogs. My passion for real estate is only matched by my passion for advocacy within the disability community. I currently serve on the board of OE Enterprises in Hillsborough and am a member of Durham Civitan. Both of these non-profit organizations provide support and services to differently-abled individuals.
