Ioannis sold a house for us this winter in a challenging environment with raising rates, low balling buyers, a typical slow buying season with finicky inspectors and appraisers. He marketed successfully and got us a fantastic buyer with a quick close. I couldn't ask for more from him in our situation. We met him while he was marketing another house and we picked him over many others we knew of. I just had a good feeling the whole time and it worked out for all parties involved.

Ioannis really took the reins and was fantastic at seeking out homes and presenting our options to us, while our schedule was busy and tight. He found a variety of homes to view that fit our desire list, and listened to our critiques about to the homes we saw so the next homes could best match what exactly we were looking for. And we found a great house with his dedicated hard work, our first home ever!!! We highly recommend Ioannis, he was full service, went about and beyond, and am so grateful for his hard work and persistence in finding us the perfect house at the perfect deal.
