Iram has to be best real estate agent in Long Island. If you are like me and don’t know anything about the house buying process, she is literally the only person who will go out of her way to make your dream come true. As a first time homebuyer, I didn’t know what I was doing, she not only walked me through every step of the way but also introduced me to new people that were just as nice as her and helped my family achieve our dream. She treats you like a family member and tries her best to get you the best. She made such a scary process extremely pleasant for us. Thank you Iram for being an amazing human being and amazing real estate agent.

I bought my home with the best Realtor on Long Island, Iram Awan. Iram took her time to understand my entire family’s needs, desires, likes, and dislikes. Iram knows the housing market as well has mortgage information. She showed me homes according to my requests, very diligently without wasting my time and keeping all aspects, even the budget in mind. She was always available and responded to me in a very timely manner and made appointments as per my convenience, weekday or weekend. She is a good listener but also made intelligent suggestions along the way to benefit my family and me. Heart is where the home is and I am very blessed to have my home.

When I was in my home, I would contact Iram for painter, cleaning services, window treatments, restaurants nearby and she responded with the contact numbers which made it so very easy for me.

I would recommend Iram Awan because she truly cares for her clients and their families. My niece bought her home from Iram as well and had a very positive experience 🏡🌹🏡

Iram Awan has to be one of the best real estate agents I have ever met. She was extremely patient and started to understand my taste in houses and applied them appropriately to the listings she would provide for the potential opportunities. She would not push me into making a decision if I was not sure and was persistent in getting the job done. I felt like she was family than someone just trying to do business which I found to be an outstanding quality being that we were dealing with a huge decision and I would not like it if someone was just looking at me like a big dollar sign. She was very easy to contact and was always available for me which I loved. All my concerns and requests were addressed in a great manner and I greatly appreciated it. She was all hands on deck and I could not imagine making a huge decision without her. Absolutely outstanding!!!
