Irene is extremely knowledgeable about the St Augustine real estate market. She has an extensive contact list of quality and cost-effective tradesmen for repairs and improvements. When I decided to sell my house and buy a townhouse, there was only one Realtor I even considered calling. Irene not only helped clarify for me what should be done to prepare my house but also, because of her extensive network of friends and business colleagues in the community, could recommend wonderfully capable people to do the work. The photographs of my house and the printed description on Irene’s website were fabulous. In an “iffy” market, my house was under contract in two months and closed in three. The townhouse purchase was wild and crazy, and Irene stuck with it, negotiating to reach a deal on the perfect place for me. To convey just how good Irene is would be difficult with mere words. Irene helped us zero in on the perfect property in record time, it only took a few conversations and she ‘got us’ enough to know perhaps more than we did about what kind of property we were after. We did not have a lot of time to spend going to look at houses during our search. Irene responded accordingly, and used the time we did have very efficiently. Irene Arriola is an amazing dynamo! Irene is a genuine, honest, and caring person, who is also incredibly knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to real estate. The house we purchased in Lincolnville had some issues (one being it was a multi-family that needed to be converted to a single family). Irene took the time to explain a litany of potential issues and pitfalls we may encounter (prior to an offer being written). We are sure she shared that same conversation numerous times before with other interested parties. We were not deterred, but encouraged by her candidness. Once our offer was presented, Irene recommended local, trustworthy contractors who would look at the property and provide quotes; so, there would be no surprises as we proceeded with the purchase. She also helped us navigate utility set-up with the City offices and FPL. Irene has an extensive network of local tradespeople, who are all helpful and responsive. From introduction to closing, Irene worked tirelessly to make this transaction the smoothest we have ever experienced. She never answered a question without knowing the right answer was being provided. Irene was (and remains) easily accessible; and, she was the Seller’s Realtor!
