We received in the mail, a card from Irene, wondering if we would be open to one one time showing of our home. We were impressed that she spent the time and energy to write an actual handwritten note and mail it. We had been seriously discussing putting the house on the market and moving south. We invited her to come visit us at the house. We spent a significant amount of time visiting and getting to know bit about her after as she toured the house. She was very enthusiatic about selling it.Before you know it we had found a place where we wanted to move and listed our house with Irene. We met with Irene a second time to discuss the listing price. She gave thoughtful insight as to what was the right price and agreed that we could put the house on the market at the price we wanted. We signed the paperwork, with some great suggestions from Irene we prepared the house for photos she arranged to have taken for the listing. Right away we had many requests for showings. We felt Irene was very creative in ways of showcasing our home. She was always available to us. Never taking long to return our texts. Within 3 weeks we had an offer.
Irene is not only an incredibly competent realtor but to us she is a sweet, caring truly genuine person who understood how much our home meant to us. Although we are excited about the move and the fact the house sold so fast it was still a very difficult thing to leave a home with so many memories! Irene truly understood that and it meant the world to us. She too will remain in our hearts! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Irene to anyone who wanted to sell their house. She gives you 110%.

Irene is fantastic to work with. She is professional and helpful every step of the way. She explains the next steps and would highly recommend her. She worked really hard to have the house ready for multiple showings and had it staged beautifully.

Irene is the best!!! I can't imagine working with anyone else. My partner and I were first-time homebuyers and she made the process so easy. She is so nice, friendly, patient, and responsive to all our clueless questions. We saw some crazy things before we found our house, and she was absolutely fearless with all the surprises and scary basements. She genuinely cares about finding the best home for us and she got our style so well. I miss looking at houses together but I'm so glad we found the house for us!!
