Creating real estate solutions for buyers and sellers, Irene draws on nearly three decades of experience buying, renovating, and selling homes in Addison County, and has a deep understanding of the local market. Since joining Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman in the spring of 2022, Irene has combined hands-on knowledge with thoughtful guidance to help clients navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence.
Irene’s professional background and life experience are diverse -- ranging from massage therapist to assistant judge, and nonprofit director to family mediator -- and each role has strengthened the skills that matter most in real estate: careful listening, clear communication, and effective negotiation. She holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification, reflecting her commitment to professionalism and client advocacy.
Irene works closely with buyers seeking everything from first homes to retirement properties, and advises sellers on strategic preparation, pricing, and negotiation to achieve strong results. Through decades of hands-on experience, she has developed a reliable network of local contractors, home inspectors, and service professionals, an added resource that helps clients move efficiently from planning to closing, and beyond.
When not working, Irene enjoys the great outdoors from her home in Ripton – hiking, cycling, snowshoeing and more. She volunteers as an EMT for Ripton Fire and Rescue and serves as a Justice of the Peace.
