Irene moved to the Peninsula area after graduating from UNC in 1992. Working in NY in the Fashion Industry and leading a sales team, gave her the tools to successfully transition her business knowledge to a successful real estate career. Over the last decade, she has enjoyed watching this area grow to become a place that more and more people are calling home. "Showing off this great area to people who are new to the area or reintroduce people who have been here before, is one of the perks of my job."

When she works with a buyer, she takes her time at the beginning to get to know the client and use that information to help them find the home that is the perfect fit. "The look that someone gets when they find THEIR home is priceless!" Once they have found that home, she ensures a smooth transaction from contract to close so that it is a celebration at closing! She gives the same attention to her sellers. Right from the beginning she calls in all the experts - stagers to photographers so that your home is a star on opening day.
