Iris is the absolute best! We worked with her to find our first home. My fiancé and I had very different ideas on the home we wanted and she found us the perfect compromise. Iris is the perfect balance between professional and fun. She responds quickly and has a contact for everything. We nicknamed her The Shark because when her client finds something they want she goes after it. She was very honest about homes we looked at and how much renovations would cost. She thoroughly looked over our house before we bought it and made sure everything was fixed before move in day. Truly the best experience we could have wished for!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to help you find your home!

Iris is AMAZING! Not only does she have a lot of knowledge but she’s bilingual. As well, she does a phenomenal job at communicating and getting all the paperwork in as quickly as possible! The whole is experience was fast & smooth. I recommend her 100%!

Iris did an AMAZING job helping my husband and I find our perfect home! She was so kind, and showed a genuine passion for making sure we found the home right for us. As first time home buyers, her knowledge was invaluable as she coached us along the way and made sure we understood the process and always answered any and all questions. She knew how to make our offers competitive and she was consistently available to show us houses even the same day they came available. I can't say enough wonderful things about Iris and I'm so thankful for all she did for us!

I started working with Iris in May 2021. Iris is strong, determined and truly cares for her clients. During the process of selling my house, I didn’t realize how stressful it could be and Iris reassured and recognized what I wanted in purchasing a new home. I can tell you Iris made sure her team players were in position to complete tasks in the house. She came with me to pick out fixtures, lights and the floor plan for the new home. Iris is an amazing realtor who truly focused on getting my house sold and transitioned my family into a new, beautiful beginning.
