About Irma

She was born and raised in Mexico but emigrated to the United States at the age of eighteen in search of her own "American Dream". She ended up settling permanently in the lovely area of South Bend, IN.

After a lot of laborious jobs that she never truly felt fulfilled at, she realized that her passion involved helping people. She just was not sure how to go about it. It was not until she went through her own homeowner's experience that she realized that helping people find their homes was what she wanted to do. And the rest is history!

She has now been working with Cressy & Everett for almost 5 years, and she has had an incredible time helping every one of her clients find and settle into their new homes and watch as they build their families. There is nothing like seeing children walk into the house and start calling "dibs" on their rooms, or watching couples look over the house and talk about where their things will go or listening to families as they begin to talk about all the experiences they will have in their future home. And there is absolutely nothing more rewarding than when I get to watch that key being handed to her clients of the work that they, as a team, have put into finding them the perfect place.

I absolutely recommend Irma, she is a fabulous realtor and my husband and I couldn't be anymore happier! We have been looking for a home since last year and we knew what we wanted but options were very limited. She was always so patient and helped us every step of the way! We closed on our first home today and it feels like a dream come true! She helped us with this stressful process and was always so kind and honestly, I am going to miss working with her. A beautiful bonus is that she speaks Spanish and is more than willing to explain something more than once if translation is an issue, I really am so blessed that she helped us on this journey and will forever and onward recommend her to each and every person we know!
