When my girlfriend was looking to buy a home, I knew just the right person for the job. Irma’s years of experience and her need to put her clients needs first made it a wonderful experience for my girlfriend as she was buying her first home. Irma really stepped up to the plate and when my girlfriend was having issues or reservations about certain items, Irma helped guide her in the right direction and walked her through the parts she struggled with. Irma helped my girlfriend find the right home, fill out the paperwork and move in within the span of 5 weeks. If you want someone that will help you get what you need and make sure you’re taken care of, you would not be wrong to go with Irma. She’s truly amazing!

My wife and I started searching for a home a few months back, we looked and looked and I even asked a few real estate friends if they could help but didn’t see any real interest in their part so we kept looking on our own. We saw a house that peeked our interest and called the listing agent ( Irma Mendez), she was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly unfortunately the home that we called about had just sold. We decided to work with her and in this crazy market within a couple of weeks and among dozens of other offers, some better than ours, she went to bat for us and our offer was accepted. Within 2 or 2.5 months of contacting Irma we had bought a house. We can’t thank her enough for all that she did, all the obstacles that she overcame for us.
As we were signing our docs, the notary mentioned that if we hadn’t closed, there were about 10 other offers waiting and hoping that our offer would fall through. If you’re in the market to buy a home and you’re getting nowhere, give Irma a call. She’ll really fight for you and look out for you.

Irma is GREAT! She was super helpful all along the process of buying our first home. We overcame covid and many other challenges. She is fast at responding text and emails. She works 24/7 including holidays. She always was there for me to answer all my questions, even loan questions. I am very grateful to have found her. I would refer her to anyone who is looking for their dream house to contact her. Irma= good work ethic, responsible, reliable and has a ton of knowledge. While many people complaint they could not get the house they wanted because their offers were being turn down, I am happy to say that with Irma none of my offers were rejected. Irma was such a great Realtor, her years of experience is very clear. my wife and I had such great experience with her and John. So attentive communicative and above all never pressured to make any decisions. Not only did they showed us houses, they taught us so much about the housing market and programs. I talked to many Realtors and Irma was the only one being honest about everything. We bought our first home and is such the perfect house for us. I'm glad we stumble upon her. Call it fate or luck. Irma is an incredibly hardworking, knowledgeable, friendly, and determined realtor that secured me my first choice house in a blazingly hot March 2021 market in La Jolla. She responded to every request at any time of the day or night. She used her impressive knowledge of the market and her decades of experience to negotiate every aspect of the purchase and get us ahead of the competition. Being new to the US from the UK, I needed coaching in the process of house buying and she went beyond to do that. Irma also helped me during and after purchase to get recommendations for trades. Irma and her amazing partner Jimmy (who as a contractor imparted his immense knowledge and experience at helping with inspecting the houses on viewings) set up a mini party when we got the keys that was genuine and touching. Choosing Irma as our realtor to purchase our home was the best decision for us. We were previously working with another realtor who seemed to lack communication or maybe knowledge of the business. Not Irma Mendez! She was recommended by two different friends of ours, one by a coworker of mine and another by my husband’s friend. Two completely different friend groups, both same great reviews.
I gave Irma a call and she picked up right away, spent 45 minutes talking to me about what we wanted and how she could help. Talking to her was like talking to my sister, it was natural. I hung up the phone knowing, “she was the one.” After speaking with my husband we went with her and never regretted it for one second. Communication is open and constant, even in the middle of the night when you’re hoping her phone is off, it’s not, she’s probably working. She knows the ins and outs of realty from any angle. She is amazing!
She worked day and night to help us find our dream home. It was quick like I asked for and fun. Not stressful like everyone warns you and I attribute that to her.
At the end of the day, we got our beautiful home and a friend in Irma and her husband, Jimmy. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW! I don’t know what other word described how absolutely amazing Irma is. Let’s just say that she started off as our realtor and ended up as a family member. She is truly a gem. She has gone above and beyond she is so giving. She bought my whole family and I so many gifts after the sale of our home and purchase of our new home (not necessary at all). I’m just giving a glimpse into the experience. She bought us so many bottles of champagne because we celebrated on Numerous occasions LOL. Irma is an amazing, knowledgeable, humble human being / Real Estate / friend. Irma helped my grandparents buy there first home 20 years ago. Due to Life happening my grandmother had to sell her home. We would never be able to step into this home; where all the grand-kids grew up in. We mentioned to Irma that we didn't think we would qualify to buy the home off my grandmother. Irma immediately had us send her all our documents and SHE MOVED FAST. She would answer my 100,051 questions and scenarios.

Irma moved mountains for this to be possible. We had our down moments but through communication and prayer we understood each others needs and wants. :) Irma has an amazing way of making you feel like everything is just the way it's meant to be. I truly feel that GOD had a divine appointment for us to meet. Irma is super sweet and gave me the BEST HOUSE WELCOMING when she gave me my keys. There are no words!
