I am Irmaliz Rosa Santiago. I have spent the last 15 years involved in the family contracting business. From keeping the books, submitting permits and licenses to the designs and choosing of materials. Having the opportunity to walk-through many flips from start to finish woke up my desire to expand my knowledge into the end buyer aspect of the real estate business. On a personal side, I am a wife and a mother of two. We enjoy spending time at home watching movies, being outdoors and camping. Dining at Latin restaurants and traveling back to our hometown in Puerto Rico.
