Born and raised in Puerto Rico and relocated to Saint John's County Florida, Irvia understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in north Saint Johns with its weather, culture, and diversity. As a wife and mother of three daughters, she knows how important moving to a new home is for her clients and their families. After relocating she became regularly active and connected as a community volunteer.

Irvia can be found at the soccer field, gymnastics, with the school band. Being part of the community where she works is important to her. Having experienced three relocation processes and several moves with her family, Irvia can understand how clients feel during the process of getting a new home or relocating.
