It has been a goal to purchase a home for me and my family. To have a home that we can call ours. Isabel helped us through this process. She was very patient and happy to show us properties. Always had a positive attitude through the journey of finding a home. Isabel put us first in finding the right home, she wanted to make sure the home had everything we were looking for. Isabel is the most hardest working realtor I have ever had. She not only keeps up with the market trends and programs but has a comprehensive approach to the process, leading, guiding and explaining every step of the process. Most importantly, she ALWAYS made herself available and made me feel like I was her only client. I felt so comfortable with each step, knowing she was in control. She navigated every component, for my investment property in another county when it came to inspections and finding reputable local contractors in area for repairs. Her negotiating skills are handled with precision and strategy to make it profitable for all parties involved. Although this sale was out of her regular area she made it look easy! I am still blown away by how it all came together, with no hiccups! Isabel is efficient, skillful and experienced and I have full faith to recommend her!

Working with Isabel when we first decided to relocate to Santa Maria was the beginning of a truly extraordinary experience. She answered every single question we brought to her with expertise, compassion and genuine concern for our interests. She remained completely devoted to our entire home buying process from showing us listings, dealing with glitches in the loan and title process to even handling some post-escrow home repair issues with the seller’s agent.
