Itzel is passionate about everything she does, and her passion for real estate started in her early 20's when she started leasing apartments. She quickly got promoted to all the new lease-ups in the Frisco area and became one of the top agents for her company. What helped Itzel tremendously in her leasing agent role is her ability to understand her customer's needs quickly, a skill which she continues to utilize for her home-seeking customers today successfully. There was no surprise that she consistently was a top agent, qualifying for the circle of excellence annually. With Itzel being fluent in Spanish, she helped an additional market/demographic. This led to many referrals and families working with her. She enjoyed working with clients through their transition from renters to homeowners or homeowner to renters. Therefore, this naturally led her to the next step in her career in Real Estate, where she now has a bigger platform to help clients find their first home, an investment home, or a forever home, and everything in between.
