Ivaylo, also known as, "Ivo", was born and raised in Tutrakan, a small town near the Danube River in Bulgaria. He also speaks the Bulgarian language fluently.
He graduated High School in 2009 and went to study with his twin brother in Technical University of Varna with a Major in Mechanical Engineering/Calorific's ?? ??
He came to the United States in the Summer of 2013 and since has been residing in Ocean City, Maryland. At the beginning of his residency, he started as a crew member at one of the local fast food restaurants in the area, a year later, he started a second job and kept working both until more recently.
Over the years, with a lot of hard work and dedication, he made his way up to a General Manager, at one of the locations. He stayed at the position for a little bit more than 3 years, learning a lot about business and customer service in general. He has considered a career as a Real Estate Agent for quite some time now. As his curiosity and interest blossomed, after a long search and preparation for this new journey, he decided to take the leap in 2022 and change careers!

Outside of work, Ivaylo is happily married to his soulmate of 3 years, is a proud dog “Dad” and enjoys gardening, baking and traveling .
