Ivona Borisenko has been a godsend! She was exceptionally efficient, professional and moved quickly in a hectic Santa Fe housing market. She got photos taken and a buyer in 3 days! She was also helpful, kind, and very personable. She saw the deal through a few challenges, handling negotiations tactfully, with the best possible communication with the buyer's realtor when necessary. Ivona was also very helpful and generous with her advice and mentoring to a first-time home seller.

She had the right connections so if you need the windows or the roof or anything else inspected it was easily done! We came from Texas to New Mexico and she helped us with all of our questions!
