His journey into real estate began back when he was a residential mortgage broker and his wife, Nancy, was a commercial mortgage broker. One day she looked at him and said, "We should sell homes!" The rest as they say is history. He became known for his negotiating skills while Nancy's unique staging and design attracted national attention in the interior design field.
One problem he consistently solves for his clients is that he can foresee potential issues that may arise in the escrow and closing period prior to possession of the home. This is the most critical time of the home buying process. He prides himself on the fact that he is an excellent analytical person, and able to negotiate and facilitate the closing transaction accurately. Additionally, he considers himself an expert in the contract negotiation process. This requires him to have excellent communication and people skills.
What excites him most about real estate is simply the joy and satisfaction of helping clients find their perfect home. He helps his clients buy, sell, and build homes all over the Omaha metro area. He loves meeting new people and receiving referrals from his clients. He enjoys golfing and socializing with many past employees, employers, and customers. To him that says a lot. He has always tried to treat everyone he works with the way he would like to be treated. That is important to him. He genuinely appreciates all his clients.
