With over twenty years experience in all facets for real estate (including finance, secondary market, lending, commercial real estate, development and construction) I have a unique perspective. I am a past board member of both the State and Local REALTOR® organizations and a past REALTOR® of the Quarter.

Education: Graduate of Seattle University I attended graduate school at the Portland State University. I also attended the School for Mortgage Banking at the University of Notre Dame. I have attended and graduated from a large assortment of classes and courses both in the business world and as a Captain in the United States Army.

Outside Interests: I am a member of the Wenatchee Golf and Country Club, a supporter of the Performing Arts, active in several volunteer organizations including past President of the Eastmont Kiwanis. I spent twelve years refereeing soccer including at the collegiate level. I enjoy walking, gardening, reading, my family and my dog Maggie. I believe strongly in Community involvement!

Personal Information: A life long resident of Wenatchee (my grandfather was mayor in 1926) with stops along the way in other locals for school, Army and career I live in East Wenatchee with my Wife Dianne.

Perrin listed our house this summer. He along with Kristen Bryant did a fantastic job getting it on the market. They held open house for Realtors as well as potential buyers.
