I wanted to take a moment to discuss my experiences with Jachel Smalls, the realtor who helped my wife and I navigate the journey of homeownership in Maryland. We chose Jachel from the NAGLREP website trusting our own instincts after viewing her bio. We lived in Indiana and wanted to move to Baltimore but did not have enough knowledge of the area to make a sound decision nor did we have the opportunity to tour potential homes in person. Jachel proved to be an indispensably trustworthy advocate from start to finish. She brought the highest level of knowledge and detail in real estate regulations, finances, and negotiations. She has a thorough understanding of the Baltimore and D.C. area and is excellent in collaboration and networking. Jachel exhibits strength, resilience, intelligence, and integrity in her practice and we feel very fortunate for having had her as our realtor.

Jachel is by far the BEST realtor we have ever had. She helped us find and close on a home before we even stepped foot in DC. She made sure to find properties in neighborhoods that fit our lifestyle and houses with the space we needed. Unlike other 'so called' realtors that make you look for your own house on websites like Zillow, Jachel would send us an a perfectly curated lists of homes and speak one on one with you about each of them. Cannot recommend her and her team enough.

My husband and I made a very big move in our lives moving over 18 hours away and finding a home in Baltimore without having been there. While it might seem very daunting, Jachel and her team were the rock that made our move possible! Jachel and her team are extremely great with communication, professional but able to be real with you, and above all, being a cheerleader during stressful times.
