Jaci is very knowledgeable about the Magic Valley. We moved to TF from out of state and were not familiar with the region or what area of the city would work best for our family’s needs.

After living here for 1.5 years, I would say Jaci was spot on in her assessment of what area of TF would work best for our family.

While we were finishing our job commitments out of state, Jaci would FaceTime and tour homes with us virtually. She wrote offers while she was on a family vacation. And then she found our home the first day it was on the market.

I can not say enough great things about Jaci. My wife and I, along with our 3 year old daughter had decided to relocate from Las Vegas to Twin Falls in the later part of 2020. We were able to get connected to Jaci and able to visit the area and do in person visits in Jan of 2021. While we did not find a home to purchase during that time frame, Jaci went above and beyond to do multiple video tours with us remotely the following 3 months.

We were able to get a purchase agreement in March of this year. From multiple video tours to our final closing, Jaci was in constant contact with my family. She kept us informed of the all the processes that go along with buying a home. As 1st time home buyers (buying a house remotely), we could not have done this without the help of Jaci and her team.

Jaci always had a professional and friendly attitude during every interaction we had with her both in person and remotely.

I would highly recommend Jaci to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Twin Falls area. A++++++++

Jaci does an excellent job walking you through each step of the buying and selling process. With this being my first home sold, Jaci made the transition, paperwork, and communication seamless, and really knows the market and the listing values well. She is personable, trustworthy, and really wants the very best for her clients (even telling them NOT to buy certain properties that won't be beneficial to the buyer in the future). Jaci is top-notch and would love to work with her again!
