Jacinda Duffin

True North Real Estate partner Jacinda Duffin is a seasoned year-round Door County real estate broker whose production consistently places her in the top 2% of Door County agents. She was ranked #1 in 2022, with over 43 million in sales. Her flexible and collaborative approach, creativity, and years of experience brokering residential and commercial sales make Jacinda one of the most sought-after agents in the county. As a broker, she represents both buyers and sellers in every realm of real estate sales from residential to commercial to complex legacy properties, such as the 2021 sale of the historic Alpine Resort & Golf Course in Egg Harbor. She has extensive experience working with sales of multi-generational, family owned properties. Jacinda’s thirty-plus years of experience as a small business owner in Door County have given her an edge in a market that requires a deep understanding of geography, culture, zoning, and environmental stewardship. She is deeply embedded in the community, having served for seven years as a board member of the Door County Community Foundation, and for two terms on the board of HELP of Door County, a domestic violence advocacy service agency. She served in an advisory capacity in the building and development of the Northern Sky Theater Creative Campus, designed the office remodel for the Door County Community Foundation, and spearheaded the renovation of True North Real Estate’s offices, which are located in an historic 150-year-old church in downtown Fish Creek. Jacinda is a graduate of Carroll University with a BA in English. An avid reader and writer, she has been a contributor to the Peninsula Pulse and Door County Living and is the co-author of Loose Lips Sink Ships, a beloved Northern Sky Theater musical about women who worked in Sturgeon Bay’s shipyards during WWII. Jacinda holds a Wisconsin real estate Broker’s License and has earned her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation from the National Association of REALTORS.
