Jack was very helpful in our search for a new home. He has a great understanding of not only the home buying process but also very knowledgeable in estimating what visible or needed repairs might cost to fix. It was helpful knowing if a home was an option or if it wasn't worth pursuing. Anyone can sell you a home, but you need an expert to help you decide if your next house will actually be a home worth buying. We were very impressed with the services provided by The Moseley Team. Even before we signed the contract they gave us a report with an evaluation of our property and other comparable properties in the market. They suggested improvements which would help us sell the property. Jack and Athena even came with us one weekend to help us select the backsplash. Jack even researched and sent us the links for the competitively priced fixtures which we were planning to change. We had moved out so the house was empty so they brought in some of their stuff to stage it. They kept us informed throughout the process with regular updates and new developments. Jack Moseley and team were so easy to work with. From the beginning of explaining how it worked to the closing of the sale of my house, they were great! I learned so much in selling my home, and the purchase of the new home. I was extremely happy with Jack and the knowledge that was shared with me through the whole process of finding my happy home; from the beginning of looking for my home, working through the loan process, house inspection/walk-thru, all the way to the closing. They were extremely detailed in all their explanations and put up with my constant questions and asking to explain in detail how things work. Jack went above and beyond to help negate any issues confronted throughout the selling process. He was always available and willing to answer questions. He went out of his way to make sure any concerns were addressed and brought potential issues forward so we weren't blindsided. Even though there were hurdles in the selling process, Jack helped us get past them as efficiently (and with as little headache) as possible. The weekly updates throughout the process helped keep us all on the same page and quelled anxiety over the process. Jack is extremely knowledgeable and helps you thoroughly understand all aspects of the process without making you feel stupid. 5 stars all around for the Moseley team!

Jack was the RIGHT agent for me! I had listed my home with someone else and I was not happy about the progress of the sale of my home. I reached out to Jack and he quickly gave me suggestions to make to increase showings. He even staged my home at no additional cost. I am happy to say he SOLD my home within the timeline I had!

Jack has to be one of the hardest working and most knowledgeable realtors in Houston. Time and time again, he impressed me with his knowledge and desire to always go above and beyond. I had been out of the real estate investment market for quite some time, but Jack really took his time to help me build a solid understanding of the Houston market. I felt like I was working with the "God Father" of real estate and just trying to absorb as much information as possible. We must have visited at least 15 or more properties, and I never felt pressured. If anything, he would point out multiple things going on that I wouldn't have noticed. His system of reviewing properties online, pulling comps, and maintaining an online spreadsheet made it possible to compete against all the big-time players with much deeper pockets in the Houston area. Good buys are often gone in a day or two, so you really need a realtor with a true system in place reviewing in near real-time. After spending a few months working together often on a daily basis, I can't thank him enough. I couldn't imagine ever using another realtor in the Houston area. I promise you, you will be in great hands if you choose to work with Jack!

This is my second time working with Jack and I couldn't be happier. Once again his knowledge of the area and market is priceless. I initially purchased an investment property with Jack and the learning experience was incredible. He was incredibly patient in a tough seller's market. When it came time to list the property for rent, I knew Jack would be my go-to realtor. He was able to pull top dollar above-market sales price. The prior owner was out on a Monday, and the renters were in that Friday. It's hard to beat that level of efficiency! Whether you're looking to sell your own home, buy an investment property, or find a renter you seriously can't go wrong working with Jack. He impressed me time and time again with his dedication and sincerity. I know you won't be disappointed if you give him the opportunity!

Jack Moseley is very personable, very knowledgeable. His communication skills are beyond dotting I's and T''s as he updated me on a regular basis to see if I'd heard anything he hadn't. I met Jack Moseley on the phone through my son-in-law in Texas while my wife and I still lived in our home in California as Jack send us listings I saw him and talked to him several times on FaceTime as he tried to find us a home but we ended up waiting until we got here to Texas as we stayed with my son-in-law and our daughter to begin looking for a home. We found a home the first week here in Texas and we contacted Jack for him to show it to us and we put an offer on it and we went back-and-forth with offers and counteroffers as Jack negotiated the best deal for us. We purchased it and closed escrow 30 days from the signed offer and are now living in the home, as a matter of fact, I am sending this survey back to you from our new home which we love. Jack contacted us frequently to inform us of any changes by email, text messages, and or phone through the whole process, and on top of that, he called me three to four times just days before the close of our escrow and always reiterated that his main thing was that we were happy.
