I first became aware of Jack when my husband, Ray Baksh, was coaching football at Helix High School. Jack played varsity during the 1981 and 1982 seasons. They actually won the CIF championship in ’82. He was a linebacker which was my husband’s specialty. Jack had a fierce desire to play and to win. He hated to sit on the bench. He was a very good team player and loved his fellow teammates. Actually, Jack is one of the most loyal alumni I’ve ever known. He helps his old buddies from Helix when they are ill or having trouble of some sort. When his old Coach had a heart attack 4 years ago and started to decline with multiple health problems, Jack was one of the first persons to visit both in the hospital and later at home. He’d bring other team members from 30 years ago and they’d laugh and talk over the old days. Jack has a wonderful smile and is witty and funny. He always asks what he can do to help. He is a generous, kind and honest man. Anyone who comes in contact with Jack will both like him and trust him immediately. He has a beautiful wife and is a fantastic father to their little girl, Sage. They are a great family. -- Virginia B.

Jack is honest and trust worthy across everything aspect of his business. He is up to date with real estate trends and knows the market inside out. There is nobody I trust more with my real estate deals and information besides Jack.

What can I say about Jack; other than he's simply a real person, with great values and great passion for what he does. What's most impressive about Jack is his ability to simply listen. His cool approach to Real Estate is refreshing and a testimony to his success through these turbulent times.

I met Jack through a friend. I was looking for an agent who was not pushy and aggressive in terms of trying to get me as a client, and who would be open to my needs and listen to what I wanted to accomplish.Jack did this for me. He was honest and truthful and just didn't tell me what I wanted to hear. He is very knowledgeable about real estate and the process of selling a home. If I was to sum up my experience with Jack I would put it this way: Jack had my back. He represented me well. Jack is more than about selling a house, the relationship matters.
