Jack Sweeney, Broker of Sweeney Real Estate, has been licensed for over 47 years and has helped thousands of Buyers and Sellers achieve their goals in the real estate market. “But I am especially pleased that Bonnie and I have been married for over since 1969 and have raised six wonderful children. We are happy to have two of them in business with us, Stacie Cooper and John Sweeney, both real estate brokers.
Jack has earned several designations, CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert), CBR (Certified Buyer Representative), and CRB (Certified Real Estate Broker Manager), and the highest yearly Individual Achievement Awards for sales/leases. He is past board member and President of the NE Iowa Board of Realtors and current board member of the NE Iowa Regional Board of Realtors.
Jack has had many experiences in life that make him very knowledgeable of real estate and investments. He general contracted 17 homes in the year 1977, built the first condominiums in Waukon and several units in Decorah, giving him experience in construction and mechanicals. His earlier experience with farming and his genuine love of land contribute to his expertise in helping Buyers and Sellers achieve the highest use of their land investments!
