We first met Jack at an open house local to us just browsing for fun. While we were there he was very nice and welcoming letting us know to reach out if we had any questions or wanted to look into buying. A few months later we did reach out and from there it was a breeze. He sat down with us and went over basic information, and got us looking for a house as soon as we were ready. Within the next few weeks he answered every question, text, request for a viewing that we had. He was a great negotiator when it came to purchasing our home and made us feel very knowledgeable throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Jack to anyone looking to purchase their first/next home. Thanks again!!

Working with Jack was the best experience I ever had selling my house. From beginning to end he was on top of everything and even a step ahead, knowing what might come up and taking care of it. Jack bull-eyed best selling approach, competitive listing price, open houses were hit in turnaround, and his marketing skills are truly unprecedented - I felt my house topped Zillow viewing numbers from the moment it went live. He skillfully addressed all questions and concerns that came up. Response time was great. Knowledgeable, confident, top notch, good energy - he made house selling process a breeze for us and we could concentrate on packing and moving out, as he took care of everything related to sale. Can't be more grateful for work Jack did. Best choice of realtor if you need one.
