We completed the repairs, and listed with Jackie. It took only weeks to sell the home. We were very happy with the price we received and the service Jackie provided. When we had to put my mom's home for sale, I knew to contact Jackie for her expertise. She shared what we could do to improve the home and what we didn't need to do saving us a bunch of money! We listed our home May 2017 and had a contract on it in two weeks at $5K more than what we had hoped for!
