Jackie began her business career in management with a nationally recognized company, which allowed her to gain experience in personnel management, budgeting, and establishing goals. She had a strong interest in sales and marketing, which lead her to begin the second phase of her career in advertising. She worked in radio, print, and billboard sales as an account manager for a variety of clients, both local and national. In 2000 she decided to take all of her past experiences in sales and marketing, along with her dedication to working with clients, into a career as licensed NC realtor. She has been successful in satisfying buyers with the purchase of primary and secondary homes, as well as satisfying sellers in selling residential, commercial, and vacant land properties.
Jackie’s family and she moved from outside of Fayetteville, NC to Topsail Island fifteen years ago, where they reside on the island. They are boaters and continue to enjoy the Topsail Sound and Intracoastal Waterway, as it is convenient to the island for fishing, skiing, and relaxing sunset cruises. An added pleasure they have found by living on the island, is the dog friendly, wide-open beach. Most importantly, Topsail Island is a magical place to raise a family. Her son, Jared, had the privilege of learning to surf, paddle board, and kayak mostly all year round.
When it comes to Jackie’s businesses, it is truly a family affair. She owns Coastal Carolina Real Estate, to take care of buying and selling properties, and her husband, Jeff, owns Carolina Coast Contracting which specializes in building custom homes and remodeling existing homes on and around Topsail Island.
Jackie’s office is located just off of the island, where it is easy to serve most any location on Topsail Island (Topsail Beach, Surf City, North Topsail Beach). In addition to serving all of Topsail Island, she is also adept at providing exceptional services to clients with needs in surrounding areas, such as Holly Ridge, Hampstead, and Sneads Ferry. Her hours are very flexible in order to accommodate the needs of her diverse clientele.
