We used Jackie Lynch to sell our townhome and buy our new single family home in this wild, competitive, unpredictable market, and I am so glad we had her as part of our team throughout this process. She was able to get our townhouse sold in days, regardless of the additional special assessment that came with it, and got us into our dream home, in the exact area we desired at a FAIR price (in fact UNDER asking price, which is unheard of in this market!). Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable in her field which can be confusing and stressful for us everyday folk to navigate, Jackie had our backs through thick and thin, with our best interest in mind and it showed throughout the two transactions.
