Jackie Ovad helped us on several occasions over 3 years. We met Jackie when we relocated to the area. We were looking for a single family, detached home to rent and Jackie was the listing agent. She was very professional and helpful. When we needed to move again a year later but were not ready to purchase a home, she helped us find an apartment complex that allowed a short-term lease and a dog. Once again, when we were ready to purchase a home we called Jackie. Jackie was very professional and patient. She knew the area well and helped us narrow down where we should search. Jackie listened to our wants and only sent listings that fit our needs. She found the perfect home for us and negotiated a great deal all within a couple of weeks. We had the great pleasure to work with Jackie Ovad to purchase our new home. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Amazing!! I would give her a million stars if I could. We were first time home sellers and she made the process a lot easier than expected. Jackie gave us great a great recommendation on a contractor for small fixes we needed to get the house show ready and she took care of everything after we accepted the offer and had to fix things in the home inspection. Just put it this way, the average home in our neighborhood took 4 months to sell, we accepted an offer in a week! I would recommend her to anyone!~randallstownseller
