Jackson entered the real estate industry in 1993 and during that time he has grown a substantial real estate practice that includes assisting clients with the acquisition, sale, and leasing of residential property. His personal sales production levels have earned him the “Presidents Circle” designation. This award is presented to agents whose sales production are in the top 7% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. To increase productivity and provide an even higher level of customer service, Jackson formed The Jackson Sanderson Group in 2018. This team of real estate consultants consists of five members which include four brokers and an administrative/marketing manager. Though production is important, a strong work ethic, a keen understanding of the Lake County Real Estate market, and a commitment to helping people at the highest level is what has contributed to both Jackson’s personal and team success. He strives to create an experience that will lead to a long-term business and personal relationship. This is confirmed by the fact the 90% of his business comes from referrals. In addition to sales, Jackson is on the training team that trains, mentors, and coaches new agents at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff. He feels that this is not only an opportunity to help others and give back to an industry that has been good to him, but a way to stay on top of current trends in technology, marketing, advertising, and sales. This not only helps Jackson, it ultimately helps his clients. He is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and hold Real Estate Brokerage licenses in Illinois and Wisconsin. He lives in Green Oaks with his wife Dorie and their 3 children Maree, Emily and Jackson. In his free time, Jackson enjoys the outdoors by camping and hiking. He is also active in many community, fraternal, philanthropic, and industry organizations such as BNI (Business Networking International), Lambda Chi Alpha Alumni Association, Masonic Lodge #78, Medinah Shriners, and the National Association of Realtors.
