We could not of asked for a better experience when selling our home. From the awesome pictures to the aerial views, our home was sold super fast!

Jake Ascher was great to work with! He helped us buy and eventually sell our first home.

He answered all our first time homebuyer questions and walked us through the whole process. He was always punctual for meetings and very responsive on messages and calls.

When it came time to sell our home we knew he was the one we would trust. Jake really went above and beyond when it came to selling our home from out of state! He handled everything and solved any unexpected hiccups we encountered.

Jake also has a really good network of trustworthy contractors from foundation repair, to remodeling, to landscaping, he had an answer for all of it.

My wife and I highly recommend trusting Jake Ascher with any real estate needs you have. He's outstanding!

Jake worked with my husband and I on buying our first home and then turning around and selling it a few years later. During both processes he made everything clear and understandable to 2 people who know nothing about buying/selling homes. He is always quick to answer any questions we had. He is very nice, professional and willing to go above and beyond the duties of a realtor. We could not have asked for a better realtor! Recently purchased our first home with the assistance of Jake and his fantastic team. From the beginning Jake was extremely helpful and professional and covered all of our questions regarding our first time home buying process. One of the best qualities Jake had to offer was his honesty. Jake went above and beyond! I don’t reside in the state but inherited a home there that I needed to sell and he facilitated a smooth transaction, clearly explaining the process and how it worked in comparison to where I am from. He was upfront about possible repairs that would be required and when it was found that they were needed, he facilitated the repairs with local companies. Highly recommend!

He was reachable every single time we had a question, whether early in the morning or late at night. We had such a wonderful experience with Jake. He instantly made us feel at ease and completely informed about every step of the process - from the moment we expressed interest in a property until our actual move-in day (and beyond). Jake was always looking out for our best interests and was available any time we had any questions or concerns. His knowledge about the area (traffic delays, trains, schools..etc) was incredible and just what we needed as we were moving from out of state. Jake is literally the best! Super responsive, gives great advice, and does a great job negotiating to help you purchase your dream home! He literally does everything. You just sit back and relax. Jake has checked in frequently to make sure we are happy customers and has even gone above and beyond to help us with problems with the home warranty company after our purchase. I have never had great luck with realtors, but cannot song his praises enough! I would highly recommend working with him to purchase your next home!!!
