As a lifelong Arizonan, Jacob has witnessed first-hand the record growth in the Phoenix area and grew up learning everything he could about what sells a home, market trends, and builders in the Valley, acquiring his real estate license at the age of 18.
He spent the first years of his career gaining a deep understanding of the complexities of real estate transactions, dealing with a myriad of other agents, lenders, and title companies, all while ensuring a smooth closing for contracts of all price points, sizes, timelines, and situations.
