I was a first-time homeowner. I honestly had no idea what the process would be like, how to bid, what to look for, who does what. Jacob was patient but informative & firm. He never pushed us into looking at a house that we didn't want to or couldn't afford.

You know when you're a first time home buyer, you kind of think all real estate agents are just trying to make a buck. I never felt that way with Jacob -- kinda just felt like I was home shopping with my big brother.

Anyways, five stars for any first time home buyer. I'd also recommend using the people that Jacob uses -- lawyer, mortgage broker, etc. With good people come good people, & clearly he's fostered some awesome relationships.

Jacob was AWESOME! He helped us buy a 2-family in Bushwick and was super responsive, patient, and helpful. He is very knowledgeable about New York real estate AND is a great listener. He was able to guide us through all the ins and outs of putting in offers, helped us understand what we were looking at, and gave us great advice throughout the process. In the end, we bought a home that fits our budget and is in our desired neighborhood. I can't recommend Jacob enough, and I would definitely work with him again. Call him today!

Jacob was a pleasure to work with. He did research on houses for us, scheduled home tours, and was patient as we adjusted our search to new areas and learned about the market. Once we found a home we liked he swung into action and we got an accepted offer, an inspection, and signed contract within one week. Once I found the home I wanted, Jacob confidently told me, “if you want this, it’s yours!!!” And, it is now mine!!! Fantastic experience. When purchasing a home, you need a team whom you can trust and who will be their from start to finish. However, and I can’t stress this enough, you need a great realtor! Jacob is the realtor who will be there every step of the way providing guidance, excellent service and communication. I could not have remained sane throughout this entire process without my Jacob. Jacob started this journey with me in March 2020, and if our journey would be anything like the remainder of 2020, I knew I was in trouble. However, despite the turmoil, despite being a week away from closing and having the seller pull out of my first deal, Jacob rode with me! I was a Zillow and Compass maniac, yet it seemed like Jacob knew every property I found. He gave me great advice along the way, and made the craziness of the home buying experience that much easier. With his help, I ended up with a great 3-family property in Mott Haven that we had past on initially because the price was too high. I wa connected with Jacob Feb of 2020 from an condo I wa interested in on Zillow. He was very nice right at the beginning I just felt this patience when talking to him. Being a first time homebuyer he went through all the steps with my son and I. We had some bumps in the road but he still stayed the course with us. Almost a year later we finally found something. Jacob was there getting the best deal for us at the mortgage we wanted to pay. I would say if your looking for someone who will work within your budget no matter what he's your guy. He's not in it for the money he genuinely wants to help people find what they're looking for. I can't thank him enough and greatly appreciate his time and patience. I'm a fan for life.
