Jake recently sold my house in fern creek. we had the house on the market for 3 days and had 3 viable offers all above asking price. We accepted what we thought was the best offer. Unfortunately the first offer hit a few rough spots and the deal fell through right at the end. Jake however recommend contacting some of our previous offers which he was still communicating with and we ended up with a viable offer better than the 1st within 24 hours of the original deal falling through. Bottom line, we closed with a better deal in 21 days!

I would highly recommend Jake , he is a hustler and knows the current market extremely well.
