Jacoba Porter

Jacoba Porter is the Designated Managing Broker, the person responsible for overseeing all transactions, brokers, and staff.

A San Juan Island resident since 1992, Jacoba is deeply rooted in the island community. Having been raised on San Juan Island herself, she recognizes all the wonderful facets that make living here so special and is now raising her own family within this great community.
Jacoba began working in real estate after having spent 6 years in property management. She obtained her Broker License and partnered with her family in real estate sales in 2014. It was this partnership that allowed her to grow and learn and gain the experience that has led her to where she is today – a licensed managing broker and the Designated Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker San Juan Islands. With a strong background in customer service, she brings a high degree of professionalism, ambition, and integrity to our brokerage.
