If you are looking to buy or sell your house , Jackie and Eric are the best people for that. We wanted to sell our house and buy at the same time and they both have been extremely helpful during entire process. They really pay attention to what you need and will work with you till you find that perfect house. It’s a tedious process when you start looking houses but they are so patient in entire process and so knowledgeable that they will call out of the house has any issue. Not only that , both are very resourceful. So they always come up with solutions.
We loved working with them, we sold our last house and our perfect dream house. Extremely happy ! Love them both and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I don’t know from where to start. I wasted so much time before getting help from Eric and Jacqueline. I never felt for even a second that they are Real estate agents or brokers because they made me feel like family. They listen to you about what you like and how much you are spending and never let you spend more if the property is not worth that much. This care and attention can come only from a family. I would like to add that they are on top of everything, you can ask them about anything and they are ready to help with property matters and more, they never get tired of showing houses until you get your desired home. The best thing is they never rush you into buying anything. They always give you honest opinion and i love this. Well i have a lot to say but at the end i would like to appreciate and thank Eric and Jacqueline for their great services and help. Thank you so much!

Can’t recommend Jackie enough. Throughout the process, Jackie provided valuable guidance to help us navigate a complex transaction. She leveraged her experience to ensure we made informed decisions and was extremely responsive (day or night) to help us get quick resolution on a variety of items. She really looked out for our interests every step of the way – and did so with a smile and a great sense of humor.

We were so thrilled with her support throughout the purchase process that we asked Jackie to sell our current home. If you need someone to get you the house you want in this crazy market, look no further. Jackie has the knowledge and experience that enabled us to get the house we really wanted despite the very competitive market. Although, we weren’t her only clients, we felt like we were. She always made herself available which was great considering we were relocating from out of state, have 3 little kids, all while there was a pandemic going on. She was always ready and willing to show us places on very short notice. Before we came to see homes in person, she would record personalized videos giving a tour of the homes we liked, which was huge because once we finally came to NJ we had a more realistic idea of what we can get for our budget. Her knowledge of the area allowed us to narrow down the towns before we scheduled any in person tours. And her knowledge on company relocations from other states (and countries) made it easier to navigate. She’s an extremely hard worker and I felt confident having her on our side.
I couldn’t recommend her enough as I type this from the house that she helped us get, and was our first choice.

Jackie started helping me search for homes nearly 2 years. She must have showed me at least 50 homes and never once did I feel like I was a burden. She was always honest and knowledgeable through every step of the way. Often you can feel like you are just a number, this was definitely not the case with her. She didn't try to sell me on houses that she knew weren't the right fit just to make a sale. She had incredible resources through every step of this journey. I finally closed today, and I feel like I'm indebted to her. If you are looking for an honest, considerate, knowledgeable and an overall good person she is the way to go. I will recommend her to every person I know.

If you read nothing else in the following review, just know that Jackie and Eric will go to the end of the earth for their clients and will do whatever it takes to get your home sold or get you the house you want.

In my case Jackie did both. She found me the perfect house for my situation, a divorced dad that wanted to stay close to his kids. Found me an affordable property one mile from them!

Ten years later, when i was ready to move, Jackie and Eric did everything, from giving me an honest and open assessment of what I needed to do to sell the house, to helping me find contractors to do the work. Their photographer took amazing professional pics, and they helped me stage the house so the pics looked amazing. They placed my home in the right websites, did virtual walkthroughs and got the house out there for people to see during COVID.

I had an offer in days.

Then came the hard part. Through the inspections, buyers backing out, additional issues with the home, another buyer backing out, Jackie and Eric were there for me every step of the way. They kept me calm, found resolutions to each problem as they cropped up, and eventually found me a buyer paying over asking price.

Jackie helped me find a general contractor, a structural engineer, a painter, a new attorney when mine was not doing the job to my satisfaction, a locksmith, plumbers, asbestos abatement, pest control, people to clear the snow from my driveway after we got 31 inches and i was no longer at the property, and helped me through the complicated sales process.

I could not recommend them more highly. They have my business for life, and I am not the kind to write gushing reviews.

You would do very well if you choose Jackie and Eric as your realtors.

Highly recommended! Jackie helped us purchase our first home and as first-time homebuyers we needed a lot of guidance. At times we were hesitant or indecisive and Jackie was the perfect guide through it all. We began looking for homes with Jackie in October 2019 and we closed on our home in November 2020. Needless to say, we are also very thankful for Jackie's patience and perseverance! She is extremely passionate about her work and very knowledgeable, resourceful and communicative. Eric and Jackie are absolute professionals who are honest and very direct. I was selling a home for the first time, and had no clue how things worked. They were with me all through a rather complex sale process and they saw me through in a very professional manner. I considered my home sale complex because it was right in the middle of the COVID pandemic. I still ended up getting more than I expected from the sale, thanks to advice from this team.
