When Jacquelyn Foreman first rode her café-style motorcycle over I-35 and saw Austin’s skyline appear against a bright Texas sky, she felt it—a spark of belonging. Years later, that same spark returned when she met Daniel Foreman, a moment that launched not only a love story but also one of Austin’s most dynamic partnerships in luxury real estate. Together, they built The Foreman Property Group at eXp Realty—a thriving business rooted in integrity, innovation, and connection.
Their journey from hospitality to high-end homes has been shaped by resilience, creativity, and an unwavering belief that people matter most.

Born in Corpus Christi, Jacquelyn grew up surrounded by ocean breezes and tight family bonds. The youngest of three, she developed independence early and set her sights on Austin’s energy and opportunity. Drawn into hospitality, she worked her way up in restaurant and nightclub management, learning how to lead teams, connect with people, and handle high-pressure environments.
“Hospitality gave me grit,” she says. “But more than that, it taught me how to serve—how to really listen.”
Those skills would form the foundation of her future in real estate.

In Houston’s West University neighborhood, Daniel was raised in a creative household. From helping in his mother’s café to studying design at the Art Institute of Houston, he developed an appreciation for aesthetics, service, and reinvention. When he moved to Austin, he made a name for himself designing immersive nightlife venues that pushed boundaries and defined new experiences.
Though both he and Jacquelyn found success in hospitality, the lifestyle was relentless. With their first child, Danielle, and another on the way, they decided to transition into something more sustainable and impactful.

In 2000, Jacquelyn took the leap. She powered through real estate school in just three weeks and joined Coldwell Banker in Westlake. Her drive and attention to detail quickly made her a standout in one of Austin’s most competitive markets.
“I was ready for a career that rewarded long-term relationships,” she says. “And I wanted to build something that would last.”
Daniel followed a few years later, joining Toll Brothers and diving into luxury home construction and sales. His understanding of space, design, and value helped clients envision what was possible. The couple soon realized they had something rare: a shared vision and complementary talents that made them stronger together.

With over 50 years of combined experience, hundreds of homes sold, and countless relationships nurtured, Jacquelyn and Daniel Foreman have built something that goes far beyond business metrics.
