Jad moved to Fairfield Bay in 2014 along with his wife Kelly and their 2 kids Keeton and Katie. They absolutely love their home here in Fairfield Bay! Jad and Kelly previously worked in the oil and gas industry but realized they wanted to settle down and Fairfield Bay was their choice to live out their days. Jad and Kelly owned and operated Resort Realty from 2020.

Jad is the Designated Executive Broker for Goodwin & Herman Associates a Branch of Arkansas Mountain Real Estate. He enjoys showing and introducing people to our beautiful community. Jad loves to smoke meat and play golf. He volunteers his time with the Fairfield Bay Fire Department (voted 2022 Fireman of the Year) and freely serves at his church Maranatha Assembly Of God in Shirley.
