Jaden is serious about being a real estate agent, he doesn't treat his job like a hobby. We've bought and sold property all over the US and Jaden ranks in our top 3 agents. He is very knowledgeable about the territory he covers providing insight into any property being viewed. He listened to our desires and his work ethic made it happen. Jaden didn't abandon us once the contract was signed, he kept us informed on the progress of our purchase. He is definitely a rising star that can be trusted to get the job done.

Jaden sold our first family home and although we knew it wasn’t our “forever home” it still held sentimental value to us. He made sure the process was easy, and was great at communicating what was expected of us all the while we were living there until it was “sold”. Residing in a home that is up for sale can be difficult but with great communication and respecting our boundaries of time allowances it went very well and was very doable. He helped us navigate the paperwork, negotiating and guided us through a quick and painless sale. I will always recommend Jaden as a realtor; he’s extremely nice, educated, and honest about all aspects of the business.

Recently my wife and I had decided to sell our home that we had lived in for almost the past 40 years. It was necessary for family reasons but we were very nervous and unsure how it would go or turn out. Family members had recommended Jaden Eads (Donna Saiz RE Group) and we thank them for that. Jaden Eads helped us get over all of the speed bumps and navigate the steady stream of documents and paperwork and all went as smooth as could be. I find Jaden Eads to be professional, knowledgeable and competent in the field of Real Estate. He has helped me to understand and navigate these waters to purchase a home. Many things have changed over the years and it is nice to see that Jaden has the same standard of integrity and confidentiality as I do. The year 2020 has made many changes in all fields and fronts in America. The moral and ethical workings of real estate matters is being especially challenged.
