Wow!! Where do I start. We spoke with Jae about what we were looking for in regards to safety, community. And proximity to the Metro system and boy did he deliver.

Jae had lined up several condos with our exact needs in several locations around NOVA. As he arraigned showings for us he helped us dwindle down our list to a precise location. We found the condo we lived and Jae negotiated everything within our favor to secure our offer as the winning offer. He went above and beyond working after hours and off days to ensure the selling agent knew our intent and also to prevent us from getting a bad offer.

Jae stayed with us every step of the way and helped us get an expedited closing so we could get our keys sooner. I’ve purchased several homes throughout my life but never had this great of an experience. Thank you Jae and your team for all you did. We will be forever grateful for our wonderful home!

We highly recommend Jae if any one if looking for an agent! He was responsive and was very knowledgeable. As a first-time home buyer, my husband and I had a lot of questions and wasn’t familiar with the process, but Jae guided us through the entire process. He even recommended us with some local lenders, which we ended up working with one of them. Throughout the process he was patient with us and wasn’t pressuring us to make a decision soon. He was always putting our interest first trying to find us with a valuable house within our budget that would suit our needs. I have worked with Jae both as a buyer and as a seller. As first-time home buyers, my husband and I were very nervous about the process. It seemed very frustrating and intimidating. After we met with Jae, the process actually ended up being fun and exciting. He recommended some local lenders and we ended up working with one who was really easy to work with. Jae listens to your needs – like truly listens and guides you through the process. He wasn’t pushy and he was very patient with us. Always ready to answer our questions.
When we were selling the house, we had already moved out of state and he went above and beyond to help us prep the house for sale. We felt that he had our best interest. He updated us every step of the way. Since he is a good agent, he is busy but he makes time to respond to your questions. We really trusted him through the whole process because he established himself as someone who is not only good at his job but very trustworthy. The problem with working with him is that you get so spoilt with good service and you think that is the way real estate until you work with someone else and it’s a whole stressful process. I recommend him 1001%.
