Jaime was professional and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. Jamie contacted me initially by phone to inquire about my general ideas. He showed me homes within my budget, even in a seller’s market, and also those above my budget, to show me what my wish list would cost. In the cold months of January and February, he stood on long lines as we toured open houses and suggested reasonable offers after doing research on the neighboring comps. His research helped me to put forward a winning offer in a sellers market. When many homes were unavailable in a very competitive market, he suggested alternate comparable homes nearby. He answered many calls at various hours of the day. He was always very responsive and patient with all of my many questions and fears as a first time home buyer. He suggested helpful tips on future maintenance of the home. He thought of creative ways that the purchase could be profitable for me as a homeowner. He also helped me decide between homes when I secured multiple accepted offers. He was willing to attend showings when I was unavailable in order for me to appear virtually. He provided assistance in every area of the process including financing, inspections, negotiations, potential tax grievances, available rebates, and of course the closing. He also provided guidance on state programs, whether or not they were available to me. After closing, he remained helpful and ready to assist with home maintenance questions. He was most helpful with many anecdotes from prior clients, which helped to ease any concerns as they arose. I would recommend him to other family and friends as they engage in the home buying process.

I was referred to Jaime by a long time friend after having a negative experience with losing a home halfway into contract inclusive of paying for an inspection. Jaime was absolutely fantastic to work with and he made the entire process painless. My husband and I were first time buyers and knew nothing about purchasing a home. Jaime took the time to explain the process to us thoroughly so we fully understood it and knew what to expect. He was extremely courteous and patient even when we were asking tons of questions. From a field of almost a dozen agents wanting to represent the sale of my home, I selected Jaime because of his flexibility, ability to listen, and his straightforward , realistic and honest approach to what it would take to sell my home, including what the market would bear in price.
My choice was rewarded with the rapid sale of my home at a slightly higher price than initially listed because of our strategy, approach, and superior effort in advertising the home by Jamie.
Jamie also went above and beyond, when last minute repairs and readiness effort was required for the turnover of the home, by utilizing his connections to bring qualified and reasonably priced contractors to bear on short notice. He was hands on without being overbearing, respectful of my requirements, and apparently worked well with other brokers in the market.

Jaime is a pleasure to deal with. I spent about 20 minutes talking to him on the phone, explaining what we were looking for. I thought my need to be near public transportation would be a big roadblock. That same night Jaime sent me 12 listings, 9 of which we wanted to see. It was obvious that he listened to what we told him and totally got it. The very next day Jaime accompanied us to open houses.
