Corona knows the Katy market - he was familiar with every house on the market, every house sold therein the last year, and how our house compared. He is familiar with the pool of potential buyers, he knows how to weed out questionable offers. There are many good reasons why I (and apparently everyone else who has written a review) gave Jaime 5 stars, here are a few of them: 1) His extensive knowledge of local market conditions, including active and recently closed listings. 2) His ability to recommend a listing price that generates maximum interest and traffic of potential buyers. 3) His familiarity with lenders and title companies in the area. I was not ready to sell and buy yet, but he met with me and educated me on the process. 9 months later we were ready to list our home and Jaime did a great job promoting our location.
