My wife and I worked with Jaime to buy our new home in the Upper Valley, and we can’t recommend her highly enough. As we all know, the market is a bit odd right now, but Jaime is so knowledgeable of the area that she was able to offer terrific insight into where we ought to look and what we ought to look for. She was also able to recommend a great team of inspectors, contractors, and lawyers to work with us throughout the process, which saved us the hassle of trying to find those contacts on our own. And thanks to her prompt and reliable communication, we were able to act fast and make a competitive offer on the property that eventually became our new home.
