Jaimee and the team at Fathom were incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. She was responsive and honest with her advice. She was knowledgeable about the areas where we viewed homes and had great in-put to offer. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and she patiently answered them all.
Even when she went out of town or was unavailable she would arrange for a team member to show us homes. With this arrangement we spent a lot of time with Miguel who was also amazing to work with. I will be recommending Jaimee and Fathom Realty to anyone who is looking for a home.

She was able to negotiate through prices, due diligence and other issues with ease. She kept everyone (attorney, lender, other vendors) informed and on task. Then on closing day when we ran into real issues, Jaimee was there to save the day. It was our pleasure to have Jaimee as our realtor and I'm positive you'll have an excellent experience as well.

Jaimee did whatever was needed to get the job done! We had an issue with our first contract with a builder and she did not hesitate to do what she needed to do to make sure we were happy. That included getting us under a new contract on our dream house! I never felt like we were an inconvenience with all of our questions and concerns. She helped us every step of the way and I feel like we gained a friend! Thank you a million! We love our home!
