Jake is a FANTASTIC realtor! He gets what you want and has great suggestions, but on top of all that he knows what he’s doing and is extremely helpful during the entire closing process. My partner and I are first time home buyers, we didn’t have a clue what we were doing but Jake held our hands during the whole process and boom, we have a house now. I can’t recommend him enough, honestly.

Jake was amazing to work with on our home buying process. He was able to get us in to see houses quickly and on short notice. Once we found the house we wanted, he got the information together quickly and chatted with the seller's agent to help promote our strong offer. We were able to close fairly quickly and get our random questions answered. He's been a great help and I would highly recommend him to be your agent (either selling or buying)!

I met Jake at an open house he was hosting in NE. I'm a first-time homebuyer and needed an agent. Over the next few months, we worked together closely to find something, and while I unfortunately didn't find the right fit for me just yet (mostly due to homes getting dramatically overbid on), he's been great throughout the process.

Jake is a great agent if you're new to the area and need to know what houses in NE Portland will need based on the years they were built, what the neighborhoods are like, what inspections should be done, etc. I trust him and look forward to continue working with him!
