About James

James moved to the Southeast in 1987 to attend the University of South Carolina and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management. He continued his education at Marylhurst University, earning a Master’s degree in business. He also holds a South Carolina Real Estate Broker's license.

He works at Pam Harrington Exclusives servicing Kiawah, Seabrook and the surrounding areas. They have been helping clients for over 45 years now.

Ultimately settling in the Lowcountry, James has spent the last 17 years working with large hospitality developers on the Commercial Real Estate & Property Management side of the industry before shifting his focus to real estate sales.

James holds several designations with the Community Associate Institute including PCAM, AMS & CMCA. His passion resides in Customer Service and assisting those around him.

He enjoys epic travels with his wife, surfing and spending time with their bloodhound named Bentley.
