James walked us through every step of buying our home. He is extremely knowledgeable about all loans, but especially VA. He showed us several homes and led us to our dream home. He was with us every step of the way in the financing process and answered all our questions and concerns in record time. He did all this just before quarantine began and we are so grateful for his warmth and professionalism. We would recommend him to friends and family. We were first time home buyers and he was such a terrific support to us. We were and are grateful for him.
