Jim joined his sister, Dee Lanzalotti, full time at Jersey Cape Realty in 1997. Over the years, Jim became a licensed real estate broker-salesperson as well as a commercial real estate appraiser with a large and loyal clientele, who depend upon his detailed knowledge of the market. Also very active in the Cape May community, having served a half dozen years on the planning board and many years as a board member of the Center for Community Arts, Jim and his wife feel very lucky to be raising their two children here in Cape May. Jim works with both Sellers and Buyers.
